The best thing about the visitor is the people who work at that place. A group of dedicated individuals who care most the people they services. It felt great working with people who can inspire and build rapport with the young adults.
Cons
Upper Management/ Program Manager: lacks back up, compassion, and empathy for their staff. They Invoke projects which one does not qualify and/or prepared to accomplish. Depression pay, lacks communication and vision.

If u know someone your chances of being happy hither are strong.-your voice is heard, you get paid more, lots of nepotism. Peoples friends get hired instead of outsiders. Difficult if you don't know anyone. inequity in promotions. Very qualified people get overlooked. Direct services staff are people of color while leadership is white except for new CEO and Hr. Very low pay. Huge pay gap between workers north leadership. Poor morale. Not a creative or innovative space to work. Do not piece of work here if your young , creative, passionate and looking to brand a alter. Lacks vibrancy. Poorly trained staff. Loftier turnover rate

OBT has some outdated policies dating back to the 70s when they were run past a convent. Times have changed. It makes it difficult for younger staff to enjoy working at that place. The culture is non competitive with other organizations. Besides, they are too heavily reliant on poorly run city contracts. This involves heaping paperwork and puts middle management in a position to answer to several different people (city program officers, and senior leadership).
